The position oversees front office, reservations, housekeeping, maintenance, treasury, HR, and administrative functions driving operational excellence, cost control, compliance, and guest satisfaction in alignment with brand and financial targets. The Resident Manager also performs any ad hoc tasks assigned by immediate superior.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management, Tourism, or Business Administration
• Minimum of 5–7 years in hotel or resort operations with at least 3 years in a managerial role

The Head Baker is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the bakery’s production. This includes managing the baking staff, creating and refining recipes, ensuring the highest quality of products, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.
